Indications for use: Symptomatic treatment of constipation of various etiologies (when the use of oral drugs is impossible).

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to glycerin or any ingredient of the drug. Renal failure; irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal obstruction; appendicitis, nausea, vomiting or other symptoms of appendicitis; bleeding, diarrhea, hemorrhoids in the acute stage, anal fissures; abdominal cramps, ulcerative colitis, acute inflammatory bowel disease, colic; papillomas, rectal tumors; undiagnosed abdominal pain; hemorrhagic rectocolitis.
