Indications for use: Symptomatic treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis (including year-round allergic rhinitis) and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, hydroxyzine, to any other derivatives of piperazine or to any other excipient of the drug.

Rare hereditary diseases of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or impaired absorption of glucose and galactose.

Patients with end-stage renal failure with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) below 15 ml/min (requiring dialysis treatment).
